AkcjaRELacja HejTy reaguj!
Together with the #DOBRYhasztag Foundation, we are creating a unique educational space for youth aimed at countering hate. We offer a safe place where teenagers learn the mechanisms of verbal abuse, and through mutual support and empathy, they learn how to respond decisively to hate and where to seek help – for themselves and others.
When words become weapons, it's time to take a stand
Hate isn't a passing fad or innocent peer malice. It's one of the most serious civilizational diseases of the 21st century, hitting young people hardest during adolescence. Stories of bullied teenagers that should never have happened, along with alarming statistics, show that this problem has gotten out of control.
75%
of students experience peer hate
80%
of teenagers don't believe that adults can help them
20%
of young people suffer from depression
135%
increase in the number of Children receiving psychiatric care (2019–2023)

Faced with this data, it's impossible to remain indifferent. That's why the Rafał Sonik Stars4Stars Foundation and the #DOBRYhasztag Foundation have joined forces to create the nationwide program AkcjaRELacja HejTy reaguj! This isn't just another boring classroom chat. It's a spectacular, engaging, and deeply moving educational event dedicated to young people aged 14-18, held in Poland's largest sports and entertainment venues.
Education through interaction. We speak the language of youth
Why does our format work? Because we've dropped moralization and political narratives in favor of authenticity, experience, and emotion. Working with psychologists, we transform a traditional lecture into an interactive show with a narrative based on real stories and reactions, and rounds of "fighting" in the octagon, where young people take on the roles of victims and haters. This allows us to capture and maintain young people's attention, even when we discuss difficult yet important issues.
A key element in building genuine understanding is the presence of the most popular online creators with whom young people identify every day. The project is supported by: Rezi, Prawo Marcina, Ewa Zawada, Glencu, Szumi, Katrin Kargbo, Kamelemona, Oski Oskar, Ostry, and Arkadio – reaching nearly 18.9 million followers altogether!
What makes the AkcjaRELacja HejTy reaguj! project unique?
- Real emotions and no taboos – we expose the real mechanisms of verbal abuse and exclusion.
- Specific tools – we teach teenagers how to effectively defend themselves and others and where to seek professional help.
- The largest opinion survey in Poland on hate and hate speech – during events, using a modern reaction time method based on the DEI Engine, we examine young people's authentic attitudes towards hate, not just their declarations.
- High acceptance by schools, parents, local governments, and public institutions.
Our impact in numbers
The project earned recognition from the public relations industry, winning the prestigious Golden Clip 2025 award in the Social Event Category. The jury of the Association of Public Relations Companies recognized the event's innovative format, authentic language of communication with youth, and effectiveness in addressing difficult social issues by combining emotion, education, and social responsibility.
- 20,000+ participants gathered at events in 2025 alone
- 5,000+ students surveyed anonymously as part of a hate speech assessment
- 85% of students declared that after the event, they better understand hate and know how to respond to it
- 87% of teachers considered the project the best preventative event they have ever participated in
- 14 million people with a combined reach across their own and external social media.
It's not just an event.
It's long-term support.
We operate systematically and with the future in mind. From the outset, we design our activities to extend beyond the event itself. We don't just create a momentary impulse, but provide knowledge and tools that allow us to effectively counter cyberbullying every day. That's why our project brings real, lasting change:
Support for schools
Each participating school receives a set of ready-made teaching materials and lesson plans for teachers, enabling them to conduct educational activities on hate and peer violence.
Free Online Mental Health Clinic
Thanks to our partnership with the Institute of Positive Education and the Embrace Foundation, we're giving young people access to Poland's first free psychological platform with anonymous chat. Teenagers can confidently consult with a psychologist, psychiatrist, or psychotherapist. No one is left alone.
Hate speech is a 21st-century cancer. It grows silently, often without reaction. However, what happened at the TAURON Arena Kraków will stay with me for a long time. Nearly 8,000 young people collectively shouted, "Hey! You! React!" It was a manifestation of empathy, support, and the power of unity. Thank you for allowing me to support this event. Thank you to The #DOBRYhasztag Foundation for every initiative that teaches courage, responsibility, and humanity.
